Bike Shop Fix
A2Last Saturday, Tom took his old red bicycle to Mr Lee's repair shop. The chain was loose and the back brake did not work well. Mr Lee looked at the bike and said he could fix it in two hours. Tom decided to wait in the small shop.
First, Mr Lee cleaned the chain with a brush and put new oil on it. Next, he changed the brake pads because they were very thin. Then, he checked the tyres and added some air. Tom watched everything and asked questions about the tools.
At half past eleven, Mr Lee gave the bike back to Tom. The chain now moved quietly and the brakes stopped the wheels quickly. Tom felt happy and paid twenty pounds. He said he would ride his bike to school every day. Mr Lee smiled and told him to come back if there were any problems.
Tom left the shop and tested the bicycle on the street. It worked perfectly.
