It's easy / difficult / important + to ＋動詞：

it と there は同じではありませんが、よく混同されます：

日本語話者の誤り
あなたの言語向けに作成主語を落とす。
✗ Takes twenty minutes、✗ Is easy to order → ✓ It takes twenty minutes、It's easy to order。日本語の「20分かかる」「注文するのは簡単だ」は主語がなくても文になりますが、英語の文には必ず主語が必要です。意味のない it でも省けません。
「私は」を主語にする。

✓ It's difficult to return things
。「私は返品するのが難しい」の「私は」をそのまま主語にすると、I'm difficult は「私は扱いにくい人だ」という意味になってしまいます。難しいのは返品することなので、主語は it です。
発音
3分it には強勢がなく、とても短く /ɪt/ と発音します。子音の前では /t/ はほとんど聞こえません： It takes me、It's easy はひとかたまりで言います。カタカナの「イット・テイクス」のように it のあとで区切ったり、/t/ のあとに母音を足したりしないようにしましょう。
疑問文 How long does it take? では、does も it も強勢がありません：/ˌhaʊ ˈlɒŋ dəzɪt ˈteɪk/。
