Trisdešimt klausimų iš šio lygio gramatikos — po vieną kiekvienai pamokai su nauja tema, diktantas, ilgo teksto skaitymas balsu, rašymas. Į B2 pereinama surinkus 80 % gramatikos taškų (24 iš 30). Diktantas tikrinamas pagal žodžius, bet į slenkstį neįskaičiuojamas; skaitymas balsu ir rašymas nevertinami.

Jei atsakymas nesutapo su raktu, skyriuje „Kas išmokta B1 lygyje“ pažiūrėkite, kuri pamoka atsakinga už šią temą, ir pakartokite ją.

Gramatika: trisdešimt klausimų

1–6. Įrašymas: laikai.

Skaitymas balsu

I grew up in a small fishing town on the north-east coast, where my grandfather had worked at the port all his life. By the time I was born, the port had closed, and most of the young people had left for the cities.

I've been living in Manchester for almost ten years now. I'm used to the noise and the traffic, and I've even got used to the rain — well, almost. When I was a student, I used to go back home every summer, and my grandmother would cook enormous meals and tell us stories about the old days.

Last spring I went back for the first time in years. The town was much quieter than I remembered, and many of the shops had been turned into holiday flats. Although it made me sad, I could see that the town was changing, not dying. A young couple, whose café had opened the year before, told me that more and more people were moving there to work from home.

If I had more time, I'd go back more often. The longer I stay away, the more I miss the sea. As soon as the children finish school this summer, we're going to spend a whole month there.

Neveikiamoji rūšis ir perpasakojimas. Neveikiamoji rūšis visais laikais (B1 #13), have something done ir neveikiamoji rūšis su get — My bike got stolen (B1 #14), netiesioginė kalba su laikų poslinkiu (B1 #15), perpasakojimo veiksmažodžiai advise, offer, suggest ir tiesioginis patarimas You'd better (B1 #16), netiesioginiai klausimai (B1 #19).

Sakinys ir pokalbis. Toliau — B2 #1: papasakoti ilgą istoriją, kur prie trijų būtųjų laikų prisidės Past Perfect Continuous. Toliau B2 lygyje — ateitis praeityje (B2 #2), Future Perfect (B2 #3), trečiojo tipo sąlygos sakiniai (B2 #4) ir inversija (B2 #7).

Rašymas

12–15 sakinių tekstas apie vietą, kurioje užaugote. Papasakokite, kokia ji buvo (su priešistore Past Perfect forma), ką ten anksčiau darydavote (used to, would), kas pasikeitė ir kiek (much, far, more and more), prie ko pripratote ten, kur gyvenate dabar, ir ką darysite, kai ten grįšite (esamasis laikas po when ir as soon as). Bent vienas sakinys su although arba despite ir vienas — su papildomuoju šalutiniu sakiniu.
