ثلاثون سؤالاً في قواعد المستوى — سؤال لكلّ درس فيه موضوع جديد، وإملاء، وقراءة جهرية لنصّ طويل، وكتابة. شرط الانتقال إلى B2 — 80% في القواعد (24 من 30). الإملاء يُصحَّح كلمةً كلمة، لكنه لا يدخل في شرط الانتقال؛ أما القراءة الجهرية والكتابة فلا تُقيَّمان.

القواعد: ثلاثون سؤالاً

1–6. ملء الفراغات: الأزمنة.

  1. When we got to the station, the train (already / leave)

7–11. ملء الفراغات: المستقبل بعد أدوات الربط، والشرط، والتمنّي، والأفعال المساعدة.

القراءة الجهرية

I grew up in a small fishing town on the north-east coast, where my grandfather had worked at the port all his life. By the time I was born, the port had closed, and most of the young people had left for the cities.

I've been living in Manchester for almost ten years now. I'm used to the noise and the traffic, and I've even got used to the rain — well, almost. When I was a student, I used to go back home every summer, and my grandmother would cook enormous meals and tell us stories about the old days.

Last spring I went back for the first time in years. The town was much quieter than I remembered, and many of the shops had been turned into holiday flats. Although it made me sad, I could see that the town was changing, not dying. A young couple, whose café had opened the year before, told me that more and more people were moving there to work from home.

If I had more time, I'd go back more often. The longer I stay away, the more I miss the sea. As soon as the children finish school this summer, we're going to spend a whole month there.

الأزمنة والمستقبل. الماضي التام (Past Perfect) والسرد مع ما سبق الحدث (B1 #1، B1 #2)، والحدّ بين المضارع التام والماضي البسيط (B1 #3)، والمضارع التام المستمر (B1 #4)، وخمس صيغ للمستقبل (B1 #5)، والمستقبل المستمر (Future Continuous) — عملية في لحظة من المستقبل وسؤال مهذّب عن الخطط (B1 #7)، والمضارع عن المستقبل بعد أدوات الزمن (B1 #31).

غير الواقعي والأفعال المساعدة. الجمل الشرطية من النوع الثاني وIf I were you (B1 #8)، وwish وIf only (B1 #9)، والتخمين بـmust وmight وcan't (B1 #10)، وbe able to وmanage to وbe supposed to وbe allowed to وdon't need to (B1 #11).

المبني للمجهول والكلام المنقول. المبني للمجهول في كلّ الأزمنة (B1 #13)، وhave something done والمبني للمجهول بـget: My bike got stolen (B1 #14)، والكلام المنقول مع رجوع الأزمنة (B1 #15)، وأفعال النقل advise وoffer وsuggest والنصيحة المباشرة You'd better (B1 #16)، والسؤال غير المباشر (B1 #19).

الجملة والمحادثة. الجمل الموصولة المحدِّدة والإضافية، وwhose (B1 #17، B1 #18)، والسؤال الذيلي، والاستيضاح، وSo do I (B1 #20)، والأفعال التي يتغيّر معناها: stop وremember وtry (B1 #21)، وwant somebody to وmake وlet (B1 #22)، والأفعال المركّبة بأنواعها الأربعة (B1 #34).

الكلمات وأدوات الربط. الأزواج both … and وeither … or (B1 #6)، وhardly (B1 #12)، وأدوات التعريف والتنكير نظاماً كاملاً وanother وthe other وothers (B1 #23)، وno longer (B1 #24)، ومحدِّدات الكمّية most وnone وa few (B1 #25)، وترتيب الصفات و-ed مقابل -ing (B1 #26)، والكلمة + حرف الجرّ: بعد الفعل والاسم والصفة (B1 #27)، وظروف الدرجة ومكانها (B1 #28)، وتكوين الكلمات (B1 #29)، وso … that وsuch … that (B1 #30)، وevery وeach (B1 #31)، والغاية والسبب والتعارض (B1 #32)، وused to وbe used to وget used to (B1 #33)، وتقوية المقارنة والمضاعفة وthe …, the … (B1 #35).
